Schenectady Stockade Tour

Self-guided tour of Schenectady’s Stockade section using maps and audio from  the Stockade Association

The Stockade was designated New York State’s first Historic District in 1962. The walking tour features stops along the streets of the original Stockade. Each stop tells a unique story about the architecture and people who helped shape Schenectady’s 350 year history.
